A Water Damage Restoration Technician performs various tasks, from assisting with production processes to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.

Responsibilities
  • Perform water, mold, and fire damage restoration, including demolition, dry-outs, packing, cleaning, debris removal, etc.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
  • Perform end-of-the-day job cleanup and breakdown.
  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
  • Adherence to safety protocols.
  • Perform procedures based on the crew chief's instructions.
  • Have empathy for others and show a sense of urgency in resolving customers’ problems.
  • Work hard and take pride in doing the job right every time.
  • Move equipment and other items from the warehouse to the job site and back. 
  • Communicate with management to report project status, updates, issues, or concerns.
Qualifications
  • Education/Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Construction experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Valid and clean driver's license
  • Ability to pass an FBI background check
  • Restoration experience preferred but not necessary
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Must pass a fit test to perform this job
