About Us
Certified Restoration Mission is San Diego's leading disaster restoration company with 30+ years of experience serving residential and commercial clients across the region. We are IICRC Certified and specialize in water damage restoration, fire damage repair, mold remediation, and 24/7 emergency services.

What We Do
As a Water Damage Restoration Technician / Restoration Laborer, you'll be on the front lines of disaster recovery — helping families and businesses get back on their feet. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification
- Demolition of water-damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation)
- Mold remediation and moisture control procedures
- Content cleaning, pack-out services, and debris removal
- Operating restoration equipment: air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters
- Vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Job site cleanup and warehouse organization
- Inventory management and supply loading
- Upholding OSHA safety standards at all times
- Delivering empathetic, professional customer service during crisis situations
What We're Looking For:
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs (fitness assessment required)
- FBI background check clearance
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Flexibility for overtime and on-call scheduling
Preferred
- Background in construction, trades, renovation, or demolition
- Prior restoration industry or water mitigation experience
- Customer service experience
